Donna Warren-Holmes

Donna is a long time Realtor who has lived in several MetroWest towns. She grew up in Wayland. Large family, seven children (one set of twins) in all with a stay-at-home mom and Dad a Supervisor for New England Telephone CO. She was educated in the Wayland schools and went on to Nursing school in Cambridge MA. Donna is married to Richard Holmes, a local well know contractor who has been in the business at least 35 years. He is her rock and helps many of her clients with projects related to their home.
She has three children, four stepchildren and ten Grandchildren! Their Family reunions are huge, Loud and FUN!

She began her Real Estate career in the 1980'S boom! She found the challenge of assisting buyers and sellers to meet their goals of housing an exciting career and have enjoyed every minute of it for all these years!
Yours dreams to sell or buy are her only concern. She pledges to work for you best interests always and make myself available to achieve your goals. These sales can be smooth or be hit with pitfalls! Donna likes to be initiative-taking and try to make smooth sailing as quickly as she can.

A little bit more about her. Besides being a full time Realtor,
Donna is a local Marlborough Landlord. she owns two family homes and provide service for renters and Landlords alike.
The rental market is tough, as we NEVER have enough properties available. Looking to have the match with tenant and property owner takes experience.

Donna loves Cape Cod, and she has a family home on Kingsbury Beach, Eastham MA on the lower cape. When on vacation she can be found down there or traveling in our RV up and down the East Coast. These brief escapes recharge her and makes her be a better Realtor which really is a 24/7 job.

Donna’s Passion again is helping folks with one of the most stressful and exciting times of their lives, Buying or selling a home! Her calm personality helps tackle every aspect of the transaction and make it also FUN! She welcomes all calls; no task is too small or large.
