Doreen Alailima helped our family to find our dream home - actually, more than we expected! Working with Doreen was an absolute pleasure. She responds promptly and quickly schedules appointments. Doreen answers all questions and remembers all details even better than us. What is important is that Doreen has well established network within home-related businesses (brokers, inspectors, roofers, pest control, contractors, etc.) and efficiently works with them as a team. We were on a very tight time-line due to moving from another state and Doreen organized efficient process. Doreen is an amazing Realtor to work with. We have worked 3 real estate transactions with Doreen. Our new place wasn’t on the market very long & she was diligent in staying in contact with the buyer’s agent to also ensure the transaction closed. It's very rare to find an agent that is patient, friendly, honest, experience and knowledgeable in every aspects of the homebuying process. From qualified lender referrals to negotiating the price to your advantage, Doreen will be there with you in all steps of the transaction.

Doreen helped me with purchasing two of my properties. At first, I was hesitant but with her knowledge and persuasive advices, I took the leap of faith and purchased my first investment property in San Diego. I was very happy with my decision and with no regret, then decided to purchased my second property.

Doreen is efficient and always on time. She is quick to respond to emails, text and phone calls and made all the effort to answer any questions that I have. She provided me with multiple listings to preview and drove me around to view the properties. In no way, I felt pressured to settle for any property. She is professional and supportive of my decisions and opinions.
I felt relieved and less stressed working with Doreen for she made the process smooth and enjoyable, maybe why I was convinced on purchasing the second property.

When it comes to either buying or selling your home, without question we have always gone with Doreen Alailima with Matti Realty. No matter the size or price she diligently to get you the most for you property and negotiate a fair market value on a purchase. Sometimes I don’t think she gets very much rest because she always responds to our calls or texts no matter the time day. She does a great job doing her research and is very informative on the latest property values and rates. We had multiple offers way above asking and she made our selling/buying experience go smoothly. We consider Doreen family. Thanks for finding the house of our dreams and now we are closer to our family and our work. Amazing job!!!

I really enjoyed working with Mrs. Doreen Alailima, she was so professional and kind and very helpful. She took her time with me and was very patient and helped me to take my time when looking at different homes, She took me to ever place I asked her to go to and she understood the type of place and neighborhood that I wanted to live in.
