Doreen sold our house in Naples a few month's ago (she had a deposit and the deal sealed within 21 days) and then found us a condo to purchase in Fort Myers last month, which we are happy with.

She is very professional and understands the market.

Probably most important, Doreen has very good communication skills and knows how to talk to people of all types and personalities.

This is also is a business that requires being able to put out any fires that may arise during the sales process, and Doreen handles these issues with skill .

I would recommend her to any one.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Doreen to purchase a condo in Naples, Florida. We cannot emphasize how efficient the whole process was. Since we were living in Connecticut at the time of the purchase, Doreen was willing to quickly visit available condos. She would give us a virtual tour though a condo, and point out features we would like as well as features she knew we wouldn't like. Always with a smile on her face, Doreen made the whole experience less stressful.

When the time came to close on our condo, Doreen, with the support of her office, handled the transaction with ease. We would highly recommend Doreen for your real estate needs. She was always available, even during the hustle bustle of the holiday season. Thank you so much for your help, Doreen.

I first met Doreen when I was looking for a home for a home on Florida's West Coast. I was initially looking in the Naples area. When I decided to consider Venice, Doreen informed me that she didn't go that far north, and she referred me to someone who could help me there. Throughout the time that I was looking, Doreen stayed in touch reaching out to see how things were going and whether I needed any help. I eventually purchased a home. I was having some difficulty during the mortgage process and Doreen offered to step in and help me coordinate things with the mortgage agent. Being that I live in New Jersey, things were difficult to do from a distance, so her kind help was invaluable. She even drove up to Venice to do the walk-through with me, helping me to understand some of the things that were important for me to know. Since I had to do my closing virtually, she arranged to be my proxy at the closing!! She wouldn't take a dime for all of this help!! The reason for this long review is because this is the definition of " Going Above and Beyond"!! How many people are so dedicated that they would go through such lengths to help someone who was not even their client? I am really not surprised though because Doreen helped my brother find a home in Naples, which is how my brother referred me to her. He said that not only is she a great realtor, but also one of the kindest people that he ever met! I wholeheartedly agree!! I would refer her to anyone and certainly use her myself!

Doreen was very friendly and easy to work with. She helped me with my mothers estate in finding ways to sell furniture, make fix-ups and painting to the house to get it ready for sale, and staged it nicely for viewing. She worked hard for me. Through all Doreen was always happy and answered the phone or returned calls right away. My house sold and its sale value has held up over time (a couple years now), so clearly I got a fair market price. I highly recommend Doreen.

Her quarterly mailings kept us informed of property values in our area so that when we were ready, we felt we had all the information we needed to move forward with a listing.
