Doreen Horowitz

Doreen has a demonstrated record of revenue production from start-ups and established companies. She began her brokerage career with Cushman & Wakefield where she was recognized as a top producing broker even before her third year. Her professional career also includes business development, National Account Sales in the title industry, and most recently she served as Vice President, Corporate Advisory Services with Trammell Crow Company.

Doreen has worked on the corporate side with such companies as CNA Insurance, First American Title and Fidelity and on the transaction side with Cushman & Wakefield, Trammell Crow Company and R.D. Reynolds Company a brokerage and consulting firm she co-founded with a business partner. It was here she pioneered the concept of Tenant Representation only as a business model. The firm's success was built on developing winning strategies tailored for each individual customer.

Doreen is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and California. She is active in the San Francisco Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as past Director of Communications, Vice President of Programs, National Delegrate and Program Co-Chair for the 2003 National Convention. Presently she is serving as CREW's President Elect. She is also active in ACG, Association for Corporate Growth, WIREE, Woman in Real Estate and the Belden Club.
