Dorene Phan was a pleasure to work with. I dragged her all around town for several months to find my perfect home. I probably broke the record of most houses shown to one client. She was very patient with me, and very helpful and supportive. She was always very responsive to all of my text messages and phone calls and answered all of my many questions. Doreen Phan was able to get marketing flyers designed and printed the day we met and have them available the next day at the coming soon listed homes estate sale. Doreen offered her professional advice for staging the home, arriving at a listing price and counseling on potential buyers. The home sold the day it was listed for over the asking price. Doreen continually communicated on the needs and status of the closing and offered both her time and support at closing. Doreen has an eye for staging, a pulse on the market and great communication skills. She is an extremely professional agent and I'm grateful for all efforts.
