This is a two bedroom, one bath bungalow with a spacious yard. There is a breakfast space in the kitchen, however the renter uses the dining room or living room. All the floors are hardwood except for the tile floors in the kitchen and bath. There is also a tiled area in the partially finished basement. The ceilings are high, 9 or 10 feet.
