Dorothy Buford-MacPhail

3 Point Real Estate & Construction, Inc is owned by Chris & Dorothy and was created "to help OUR buyers/sellers with home repairs and to aid in our real estate investments (flipping houses)". -Dorothy

Chris grew up in the small town of Paradise and after high school he attended UC Davis & graduated with honors four years later. Before settling full time in to his real estate career, Chris worked as a high school teacher. He taught subjects from Biology to Algebra to PE, and coached basketball and soccer.

In real estate, Chris worked with Prudential CA Realty for 5 years. While there, he earned a couple awards as a top producer for the company, including leading the state in online sales. Chris obtained his general contractors license to provide expanded services to his buyers. In the beginning of 2011, as a means to offer more comprehensive service to his real estate clients, Chris formed 3 Point Real Estate & Construction, Inc.

Dorothy grew up in Sacramento and attended Hiram Johnson West Campus playing both volleyball & basketball. After graduating she attended Morgan State University with a volleyball scholarship. She obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology and obtained a Masters's Degree at Sac State (CSUS).

Chris & Dorothy have an "All-American Family of Five", complete with a dog & cat. In 2013 after spending years working as a case manager in the mental health field, Dorothy officially joined Chris at 3 Point Real Estate. She started managing the office and providing agent support as well as marketing management. In 2016, Dorothy became a licensed agent to assist Chris with providing highly accessible and comprehensive real estate services to his clients.
