Dorothy Karska-Piech was extremely helpful in getting my parents' home sold after they passed. She was very knowledgeable about the cleaning and improvements necessary to get it ready for sale. She has established relationships with local contractors and service providers. Her suggestions were spot on and we were able to sell the home immediately and at a fair price. Additionally, she was my representative in dealing with everything and everyone, since I was an out of state seller. She really went the extra mile. Thank you Dorothy!

Dorothy was our buying and selling agent. We would recommend Dorothy, as she's been a great partner, who posses high level of professionalism, great communication skills & commitment to her client. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and helped us make the right choices by providing valuable insight from her experience and current trends. She guided us through the new construction process and assisted with price negotiations with the builder. Dorothy also staged our old house, organized professional pictures and obtained 3 offers in first two days of showing during COVID19 pandemic! There is always a reason that someone achieves multiple levels of recognition in their field. Its because they are the best at what they do! Dorothy is one of these professionals. She is committed to providing quality service and certain to deliver a positive customer experience! My husband and I worked with Dorothy over many months as we worked thru the process of selling our home of 27 years and trying to relocate in the midst of the pandemic. Dorothy was always patient, always kind and always there when we needed to talk things through. She did all the usual tasks of market valuation, marketing and generally guiding the sales process. Dorothy is the best. Even though she is multitasking with several properties, you would never know it. You are her top priority. She goes above and beyond her responsibility as your real estate agent. She leaves no stone unturned and is very responsive. I've both bought and sold properties with her. I would highly recommend using Dorothy as a real estate agent! The market was tough, but her honesty helped us weed through and find our forever home. We are in love with our home and couldn't imagine anyone else helping with our searching journey. She was very responsive and would answer questions any time of the day or night. In addition, she put much effort in listing our condo, and it sold in three days! Whether you are buying and/or selling, she is the real estate agent to go with!

She also was connected with other professionals that made the process of selling and buying with two children, seamless!

Dorothy is THE BEST!!!
We would not use anyone else. She has bought and sold houses for us for over a decade now.
It is a one stop shop with her. She goes way above and beyond.
She is an expert in the field and knows everyone around. So not only does she buy and sell but recommends lawyers, septic companies, water companies, mold experts, handymen....you have a need or want, she knows the people to contact to get stuff done. She even can get professional photos set up for you and has even staged houses for us. She is professional, responsive, and just the sweetest lady around.
We exchange holiday cards and she knows my entire family! She is the best and lucky to call her a friend, not just a realtor!
