I bring over 20 years of real estate and construction experience into each transaction sharing my knowledge with my clients to help produce a positive outcome for them. I started my real estate career in the early 90s in New Mexico as a new construction sales agent then became co-owner and Sales Manager of CCMC, Inc., a construction management company, and owner of Steel Team Properties Realty. I was privileged to help hundreds of families build and sell homes in and around the Albuquerque metro area. My husband and I have built five of our own homes so I am well aware of what it's like to go through the building and selling process. Buying a home or trying to sell a home can be very stressful, that's why I take extra care with my clients to make sure they understand the process and have the tools and information they need to make wise decisions. We moved our family to Colorado Springs in 2005 when I took a break from real estate to finish homeschooling and raising our 3 children. In 2012, I returned to the career I loves and have really enjoyed getting involved here in the Colorado Springs community. I look forward to helping you with all your real estate needs.
