My name is Dotty Owens and after being the owner of a Mortgage Company for years, I decided to obtain my Real Estate License to ensure that my clients were being properly qualified. So in 2010, I got my Real Estate License. I quickly realized that having both my Real Estate and Mortgage Originator Licenses, I was able to offer my clients a unique opportunity for the best deals because of my knowledge of what it takes to make a transaction work from both sides.

Whether I'm representing my clients to buy, sell, finance a new purchase or refinance their existing mortgage, I’m able to manage everyone’s expectations openly and honestly allowing me to meet or exceed everyone's goals no matter what role I’m playing in the transaction. This is a service industry and my objective is to do what is in my client’s best interest and I take pride in doing just that.

In addition to my Real Estate License, I also hold my ABA (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and CPRES (Credit Probate Real Estate Specialist) Specialized Real Estate Designations. These designations in addition to my Real Estate and my Mortgage Originator Licenses offer my clients the confidence to know that they are in the best possible hands when they decided to work with me.
