Doug is a responsive, thoughtful, and kind real estate agent. We purchased our place while out of town and Doug kept us up to speed and saw that everything fell into place. When they didn't, as they never do, he was on it and took care business for us. He went over and beyond to exceed our expectations. He is a true professional. We feel fortunate to have worked with Doug and highly recommend him for a stress free experience.

Doug is the Realtor who sold my mother's house for us. He was very conscientious about holding open houses and did everything he could to help us. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling their house. We would definitely use him again if we need a Realtor.

I had a great experience working with Doug to buy my home. I was looking for something in a very specific area and with very specific criteria and Doug was relentless in finding a property that met all of my needs. He was very professional and I found all of his paperwork to be consistently thorough and accurate. Being a first time buyer , I also appreciated all of his advice and guidance through the process because I had no idea what to expect.He always responded quickly when I needed to reach him and always followed through on finding answers to my questions. Even when there wasn't much to report, he stayed in touch to let me know that everything was moving along like it should be. I also really appreciated his follow up after the sale to make sure that I received all the necessary documents and to find out if everything was working well in the home. I learned that buying a home is a whirlwind process and I really appreciated all the personal attention and advice that Doug offered along the way. I will definitely call on Doug Adams when I'm ready to sell and buy my next property.

Doug is an amazing Realtor. We knew we wanted this house and Doug did all that he could to make it happen. I truly felt as if we were his priority. Our purchase was very quick and painless. Doug made sure to send us status updates as soon as he could and kept us on track with DocuSign, which is an amazing system. From start to finish, we could not have asked for a better team. Doug was attentive, professional and willing to go the extra mile...

We met Doug at an open house back in 2017. He knew it would be years before we'd be ready to buy. We met quite a few agents at open houses and they all got our email addresses. Doug was the ONLY one who regularly sent us information about houses in our area of interest. He hung in with us for two years while periodically checking in to ask for updates on our preferences. Once we were ready to buy, he was patient to show us lots of different kinds of homes as we were still trying to decide between Carlsbad and Oceanside. We just closed escrow on our forever home. Doug was attentive, professional and willing to go the extra mile for us. I would recommend Doug Adams to anyone looking to buy a home!

It was a pleasure working with our real estate agent Doug Adams on the purchase of our new home. In looking for a home we had some specific needs and preferences. Doug listened to us and focused his search using his knowledge of the local market. He was able to identify several properties that met our requirements and presented them to us as soon as they were listed. Doug was very responsive and patiently accommodated our schedule as it was sometimes challenging between work commitments and the needs of a young child. When we found our home, he was very efficient in writing the offer and following up with the seller’s agent. Throughout the entire process he communicated regularly, answered all of our questions and kept us informed of each step and what to expect.
