Doug was amazing. He went out of his way to correct some issues beyond our control that made the difference in our closing on our dream lake property. First, he found us this property before it even really hit the market giving us the edge for offers, then he advised us how to make our offer using an escalation clause (which demonstrates his experience to look outside the box to make his clients stand out!) which we believe is how we were chosen in this tight market, and then he saved the day with doing alot of work to show that a professional appraiser had made grave errors. He worked diligently to assure us he had our back and supported us through the process of getting it corrected. We honestly do not believe we'd be the owners of this house had it not been for him and his team. They delivered above and beyond--and always before we even asked. They were definitely there for us!! We are indebted!

Doug sold my house fast. He had a buyer in mind and boom, it was sold. Selling a house can be stressful, but Doug was always on top with the paperwork, and he always provided good guidance. Doug Geisler is more than incredible! We have never dealt with a realtor of his caliber and professionalism. He is very proactive and has fantastic ideas to help you sell your property. Doug is always available for a phone call, text, or gets back in touch immediately. I wondered when he slept, as many emails were sent during weird hours of the night!
His knowledge of property at Lake Murray is just what was needed for us. When the market was changing, we actually discussed taking our property off of the market, as it was high end and we were in no hurry. He gave us three different scenarios to help us make a decision and it was so appreciated.

His honesty and integrity are traits which everyone should strive to have. When I had some questions about our VRBO renters, and a question with our sale, his response was “what is your gut telling you to do?” Great advice!

Doug is the best of the best. He worked tirelessly for a couple years to sell a high end property for us and always represented our interest. I have sold a fair amount of real estate in my life . The story goes like this, “ I have a buyer who is interested in your property . I need to list your property so I can show it. “ at which point you rarely see the agent again.
Not the case with Doug. He has many ideas and suggestions.,frequent communication and follow ups. Immediate response to texts or calls. Totally honest with both sides of the sale so everyone goes away happy.

I met Doug when we listed our home with a different realtor and out of all the realtors that came with clients to show our home, we saw him the most. We took our home off the market for nearly a year and decided that when we relisted we would definitely use him. From the beginning of the listing to the closing of our sale it was 90 days.
