I had the pleasure of working with Doug during the summer of 2019. He came highly recommended and lived up to the recommendations and more!! He is very personable and easy to work with. My aunt was moved to assisted living and I had a huge project ahead of me to clean, market and sell her home of nearly 50 years. He helped me every step of the way, along with his wife who did a beautiful job of staging the house. He knew reasonable, reputable contractors to help with every repair or improvement we needed. He helped work through a couple issues that came up during inspection, and helped my Aunt realize the best possible financial outcome from the sale of her home. I feel very fortunate to have met Doug and had the benefit of his expertise.

This is the second property Doug has sold for me. He did a great job staging the house and advising on repairs that needed to be done ahead of listing in order to get top dollar. He is a true realtor professional who goes out of his way to make himself available at any time to address potential problems, and in the end that makes the whole process relatively trouble-free for the seller. if you're in the market to buy or sell a home, Doug is the man who can do a great job.

Doug will go above and beyond in helping getting the house sold, he will point out things that will need to be repaired or updated and make recommendations on what needs to be done and help with in reason to complete the task. Very professional and quick to respond to any questions about buying or selling. I will recommend Doug to anyone I know a 1000 times over. I also would recommend him for selling your home he will help you in every possible way.

Thank you Doug Hurlburt! We were very pleased with the relationship we had with Doug when purchasing our vacation home at the coast. Doug was very hands on during the process took us to view the house a couple of times before we made our commitment, was present during inspection, helped with a quick closing.
