Doug Jacobs

Born and raised in Birmingham, Doug Jacobs later graduated from the University of Alabama and played football there in 1970 and 1971, under the guidance of Paul “Bear” Bryant. Doud began his real estate business in Decatur, Alabama in 1988. He served as the President of the Morgan County Realtors Association and as a board member of the Morgan County Homebuilders Association. While in Decatur, he was instrumental in the development and sale of several large subdivisions

Doud and his wife moved to Gulf Shores in 1998 where he continued working with the development and sales of large subdivisions, as well as condominium and beachfront sales. Doug and his wife also own and manage 27 rental properties. During this time, Doug has met a lot of amazing folks from all over the country and has learned a lot about property sales and management.
