Doug Marr

Doug’s primary transactional area of business is Tenant Representation.

Doug has led the brokerage team at Carrow Real Estate Services for the past 12 years. Prior to that, he worked at Conley Associates for 10 years where he was the team leader for its Tenant Representation Services. Doug has participated in over $500 million in completed commercial real estate transactions.

When conversing with Doug, it does not take long to recognize how passionate he is about what he does. He employs a basic business ethic of managing his clients’ businesses as carefully as he manages his own.

Doug believes by providing his clients with quality information through well thought out planning and comprehensive due diligence, he can provide his client the ability to make well-informed decisions.

Work stress relief comes from by chasing golf balls around the course at Shaker Ridge Country Club. Doug is a former restaurateur (Albany’s popular Cranberry Bog) and has been practicing commercial real estate since 2001.
