Doug Nedde

Doug Nedde has over 28 years of experience in commercial brokerage, development and property management. Throughout his career, Nedde has proven time and again his commitment to energy-efficient and community-serving design and development. He enjoys having a hand in every part of each project he implements, from conception to design, permitting, construction, marketing and leasing. Nedde has been the driving force behind over 50 major development projects throughout Northern and Central Vermont to date. Throughout this time he has also developed expert skills in brokerage and acquisitions and his knowledge and honest, candid nature has proven invaluable to hundreds of clients throughout his career.
