Doug Pugh

Douglas P. Pugh has been an employee of Sterling Property Management, Inc. since 2020. He started his real estate career in 1997. His experience across multiple disciplines has provided him with opportunities to assist a diverse range of clients and develop a personable approach to provide the following services to clients; market analysis, comprehensive site selection, lease initiation and renewal negotiations, acquisition and disposition services. Doug is committed to nurturing client relationships and providing beneficial solutions to meet his clients’ needs.

Doug is a 1987 graduate of Shippensburg University, where he played football and wrestled while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education. A lifelong resident of Central Pennsylvania, Doug currently resides in Lewisberry and enjoys hunting, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
