Doug Solwick

Doug has over 34 years experience selling California Real Estate and he is still excited and motivated to advocate on behalf of his clients whether they are Selling or Buying real estate. He has been a licensed CA Real Estate Broker since 2006 and a licensed full time agent in California since 1986. I have a broad knowledge of the industry, working in sales, management, and ownership. Doug has extensive experience in specialized niche markets including country property, new construction, vineyard, probate, bank owned, and many other facets of real estate. Prior to real estate, he worked in commercial and industrial construction. Doug started out selling real estate in Southern California, then relocated to Santa Rosa in 1993. He has received many top sales awards and honors related to his commitment to his clients, and he has consistently been one of Sonoma County’s top producers. Working with hundreds of residential and corporate clients over the last 34 years, Doug has consistently been in the top 1 percent of total volume and sales production throughout his career.
