Doug Wanroy

Doug Wanroy was born and raised in Grand rapids area of Michigan and has been in Real Estate since 1991. In 2009 he relocated to Punta Gorda Florida, after his youngest daughter graduated from High school and went off to UCLA. Him and his wife Marcia have 2 daughters 1 that relocated to Punta Gorda a few years ago and 1 that stayed in California after college. They are avid animal lovers and boaters. He has a background in Building & Developing and spends much of his time educating potential buyers on the building differences from Northern homes to here in SW Florida. He is active in Community functions from the Punta Gorda block Party and for the last 12 years the Florida International Air Show which he is Vice President & Red Caps Director of Facilities and Logistics both providing millions of dollars to local charities.
