I fully believe that Doug is the best agent in Birmingham. We met accidentally, during an open house which I had decided to pursue without a realtor because I assumed I could navigate the Birmingham house-buying waters independently...
after a few days of looking for a home I found myself under contract for a house I really didn’t want. I messaged Doug, filled him in on the situation and he immediately responded with a plan to solve my problem and exit the deal. After that experience I assumed I’d be an easy close for him...
4 contracts and no house purchase later, I learned to trust Doug’s expertise and guidance and he found us the perfect home...
I’ve had some experience in commercial real estate and investment properties and assumed that would equip me for the challenges of buying a home in Birmingham. I was dead wrong, I needed help. Doug had my best interest at every step, even when I was unsure, indecisive and at times erratic, he was a true partner every step of the way. I have friends in real estate but there is no one I’d rather work with in Birmingham than Doug Yarbrough. I say this to family, friends and even new acquaintances, if you get an opportunity to work with Doug, you are lucky.
