Douglas Carson

Doug is without a doubt, one of the most experienced Realtors® in Charlotte having over 40 years of experience selling over 2,000 homes in the area. Doug got his start selling cars at a well-known dealership. After attending a seminar and hearing the phrase “Find a job you like, and you’ll never work a day in your life,” Doug pursued a career in real estate and has never looked back. Upon leaving the car dealership, Doug wrote a hand written thank-you letter to all 365 of his customers. He’s always had referral business from then on. In fact, most all of his business is personally referred, that’s how highly people recommend Doug Carson. In addition to real estate, Doug also has experience in the mortgage business, doing land deals and helping finance big developments. When he’s not working, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons (who are all in the mortgage business) and playing golf.
