My business continues to grow so rapidly because of my focus and follow through. I utilize a number of technological tools to update my clients about the status of the marketing of their home. The properties online activity is sent directly to the seller. I ALWAYS make follow up calls to every agent that shows one of my listings and share that feedback with my seller as soon as it is received. I host open houses nearly every week. I work only with pre qualified buyers and they are constantly being updated on the houses that are available in their given search area. I have been mentored by some of the best business leaders in our area and at the national level. If I had to choose a few words to live by they would be the following:

"Do more than you get paid for". "Your rewards in life are in exact proportion to your contributions" and "Those who say it can't be done should stop interrupting those who are doing it" As far as I am concerned, if you are truly willing to live your life according to these simple,timeless statements than you are already a success. Might sound a bit cheesy ? but it works for me :)
