The following is just a minimum list of our duties to you: Selling: Establish market value of your home and time frames for sale, recommend any repairs to obtain the best possible price, develop and implement a marketing plan, review offers and negotiate the best price and terms, maintain flow of information, and oversee the escrow period and all deadlines to successful close of escrow. Purchase: Determine criteria for new home, develop action plan, work with lender to establish purchase power, show all available properties within criteria, prepare and present offers on properties, negotiate best possible price and terms, schedule all inspections, obtain pertinent information regarding property, and oversee escrow period and all deadlines to successful close of escrow.
Our Personal Background
Madelyn and I were born and raised in the Bay Area and have lived in Marin and Sonoma counties since 1971 and 2000. Doug earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Sonoma State University where he graduated with distinction and was the editor of the student newspaper and began a career in sales shortly after college and soon recognized that his passion for sales and real estate were an innate combination. Naturally sociable, they enjoy working with people, and share a client’s joy when the perfect home is found.
