Douglas Mongiove

In 2004 when Doug relocated to Florida from New York with a degree in Design, he was the owner of a successful graphic design business. His business revolved around his clients’ need for a successful marketing strategy in order to meet an end goal. When his wife started working within the Florida vacation homes industry, Doug had a peaking interest in how he can transition his skills to help these homeowners.  He felt that with his design skills and his long history of sales and marketing experience, becoming a real estate agent was going to be his next step.   

After experiencing the loss of his home in 2017 to Hurricane Irma, Doug realized how important it is for families to have a house that they can call home. His passion has become assisting homeowners to sell their houses and helping potential homeowners make those houses their dream homes. 

Joining Coldwell Banker was the obvious choice for him. He recognized the brokerage’s long-standing reputation as a key to offer his clients the best tools possible to meet their end goals. Doug is a family man with a great love of the Florida culture.  He enjoys spending his free time with his family and watching soccer.  Go Orlando City!!
