Douglas Radford is a broker with over 20 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry. His high energy, optimistic attitude has benefited those around him throughout his successful career. Doug has held positions in real estate sales, office management, relocation management, sales and motivational training, as a general manager and as vice president for Burgdorff, Realtors ERA in Summit, New Jersey.

Doug's visionary skills have been highlighted in the formation of an affiliated mortgage company limited partnership, the development of a bank foreclosure and relocation department that gained national recognition and the creation of a New Jersey Real Estate Commission state licensed and accredited real estate school of which Doug was the School Director.

He is highly motivated and a strong competitor. With multi-site operations management experience, Doug welcomes a challenge with open arms. As co-founder of Real Estate Consultants, Doug believes that a great real estate company is built by providing exceptional service to each and every client.
