Drew Dossey, CCIM

Drew specializes in site selection with a focus on development of land and commercial buildings. Drew’s understanding of city municipal planning and permit process enables him to guide his clients through the development steps including surveys, conceptional site plans, engineering, platting, and rezoning. Drew joined McGraw in 2010 and over the past decade he has successfully advanced his career while building a deep knowledge of commercial real estate including title and abstract, mortgages, property insurance and brokerage. Drew and his team deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of their clients on both large and small transactions. Drew leverages in-depth, real time market intelligence to empower his clients to make the most informed decisions.
Drew grew up in Mounds, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, canoeing with his wife and children. Drew also enjoys supporting Big Brothers & Big Sisters.
