I chose Drew to list my property because I knew him and he was associated with a company that had sold other properties in my area.
He was quick to set up the listing along with pictures and videos of the house and property. The house sold in January which is not the easiest time to sell. Drew was forthcoming in what to expect in the market at the time. I would recommend him and use him again if I hadn’t moved out of state.

Drew sold a lot for me and the listing, sale etc. all went very smoothly. He helped me out a lot when it came to putting things together with the title company and my wish to owner finance. He was a great help later when the buyer decided to pay off early. He also helped a friend of mine find her dream home in Mancos, CO. Drew has a broad knowledge about homes and the community which is a real asset. He himself has built homes and even operated a hardware store. He has been on most of the trails in this and surrounding counties. Drew won't just sell you a home. He will make sure that you are well-informed about all the aspects of home ownership in our area. He will also work diligently to make sure things are right. Compared with previous real estate agents I've had buying 5 homes across the country, Drew has been the most dependable and exceptional.
