Drew Helm

Andrew Helm is a Multi-Tenant Retail Specialist in the firm’s Salt Lake City office. His focus is on the disposition and acquisition of multi-tenant retail buildings in Utah and its surrounding regions.

Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in Latin American Studies. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Drew worked in the tech industry, creating and selling software. Drew has experience working with clients and helping them find strategic solutions to their investments.

Outside of assisting his clients, Drew enjoys traveling the world and seeing new places along with climbing, snowboarding, and playing basketball whenever possible. He spent two years on a service mission to Puerto Rico San Juan and enjoys the Latin American culture. Drew is happily married and is looking forward to the future with his wife.
