Drew serves as a Senior Associate and co-leader of the Boston North Team in the investment sales firm’s Newton, Massachusetts office. Drew also serves on the senior leadership team. Since joining Northeast Private Client Group®, Drew and his team has closed over $188 million in sales and 83 transactions. Drew specializes in multifamily portfolios, offices, shopping centers, and retail/mixed-use properties throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Drew won the 2021 Q2 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award and Connect Media’s 2022 Top Broker Award.

In 2019, Drew and his team announced the sale of 189 Chestnut St. in Chelsea, MA. One of the first buildings in the area to be gentrified, earning a low cap rate for the seller, and being aligned similarly to Class A/New Construction.

Prior to joining Northeast Private Client Group®, Drew worked at a privately held investment firm where he analyzed real estate properties for equity and revenue-generating opportunities. Drew studied business at Manchester College.
