Drew and his team expertly prepared the listing, attracting multiple offers and negotiating a great price for me. With me being remote, they managed the process with professionalism and efficiency, keeping me informed every step of the way. They navigated multiple escrows with diligence and ensured a smooth closing. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate team. All aspects of the sale of our family property in La Jolla had to be handled entirely remotely (from over 2000 miles away!) which meant we required a higher level of trust in a realtor than if we lived onsite. Drew Nelson began my journey looking to purchase a condominium in the LaJolla/University City area. His associate, Madison Stemler, worked with me for over a year, helping me understand the areas and various communities. The housing market was very hot and condos were being sold overnight above asking. Madison remained calm and positive during my trials of being outbid and a failed sale due to mold. Madison was always available, encouraging and extremely organized!
I finally purchased a condo and Madison’s organizational skills, professionalism and energy were invaluable.
Not only did Willis Allen finalize the sale but they recommended contractors to help with renovations and move In services!

Drew and Tim are fantastic. In addition to being super knowledgeable, having keen visibility into the local market and exhibiting top-notch professionalism they have unbelievable customer service. It's rare that a real estate agent will be so involved after you've entered into a contract. There were complex issues a foot in this transaction and Drew and his team proactively attacked each issue and went way beyond the call of duty to insure we had the best information/options available to proceed. Tim had intimate knowledge of the area and was able to match us with a property that fit our criteria and proved to be exactly what we were looking for. Since we do not live in the state, Tim had to go above and beyond to explain and help us through every aspect of the process from offer to closing. He is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Drew and Tim were exceptional. We have now bought and sold two houses with Drew and his team and I can tell you there is no more professional, knowledgeable and "on top of it '' real estate team in La Jolla. Tim, Drew and their team were incredibly helpful in the emotional sale of my Dad’s house and longtime family home. They helped my wife and I through the whole sale from getting us a referral for an estate sale company, pricing the home correctly, recommending a good title company and managing offers, etc. Throughout the whole process they kept us informed, discussed the best options available and when I needed to make a decision, I felt I had all the information to best make that decision.
