Duane Washkowiak is a very experienced realtor, and it shows in his professionalism and his knowledge about the industry as well as the Phoenix market. He was able to help me with a 1031 exchange and purchase from out of state, with a tight time crunch in a seller’s market. His calm demeanor made him easy to communicate with, and I was always able to get in touch with him when I needed – though I usually didn’t need to since he was so prepared and on top of things, and was the one reaching out to me. He was able to educate me through every step of the process, and I felt that I was able to trust his input, as he always explained things in a way I could understand. In all, he made this entire process easy, and his recommendations were spot on. I definitely recommend him, and I will be using his services again!
