She is the best! We needed to sell our home and move out of state! Moving and selling a house is very stressful, but Duanita kept me calm though the process. She is very knowledgeable about real estate and lead us down the right path. Everytime I was thinking about calling or texting her about the sell, she was about to do the same. We are glad we called her our realtor. I am happy that she is also my friend!

Where should I start with this. Mrs. Blunt came into my life 5 years ago. Never knew she would be my agent for a house. But here we are 5 years later closing on a house. After going through some rough patches Mrs. Blunt came to the rescue after we made the call to her. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. After months and months of searching she got us what we wanted. I can't say she's not the best because she is the best. So if your in the market of buying or trying to sale she is your agent. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to make our dream come true.

When I first spoke with Mrs Blunt I automatically knew that she was the agent for me...I had recently been dealing with a agent who was trying to get over on me . I was tired frustrated and I did not want to look anymore. However my husband told me to reach out to Mrs. Blunt. When I called her she listened and told me to take my time and let her know when I was ready. She told me not to give up and assured us that she was going to help us get our home or Casa De Warren.. Lol.. During the process at time it got rough but she kept me encouraged. I knew that she wasn't in it just to sell us a house but she was going to make sure it was our home. We got more than we expected..I can't thank her and her team enough for what they have done for us.

I purchased my first home with Duanita, she helped my daughter find a rental property and we refer all our friends and family looking to buy or sale. Duanita is very professional. She helped calm me down when I was stressing. She was available, answered all my questions and concerns (even when I asked them 5x).
