About Duke

I named my company after my passion, Golf, to describe the way I want to conduct business, with a passion to do my best. I have enjoyed playing golf for the never-ending challenges the game presents, which are very similar to the ever-changing real estate market. It requires constant effort to stay current with its trends, utilize new equipment, and get better.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate Broker - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network. All of which are hallmarks of how I try to work. Having lived, worked and golfed in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area since 1983 gives me a wealth of knowledge about the various golf course communities and the amenities they have to offer.

That said, in my experience as a Scottsdale Real Estate Broker since 1983, I have found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients' interests first and foremost. This means keeping myself and my trusted agents accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to our client’s needs.

We can highly recommend Duke for his talent in home real estate purchases and sales. He discovered our needs and wants quickly and wasted no time. Two purchases, one being a new build, and one sale behind us now, we could not be happier. Being detail-oriented, he was there at every turn which gave us great confidence. He is the best!!

Duke De Bernardi assisted me in the search for and purchase of my home. He was thorough in finding as many properties as he could that met my requirements. When we finally found a home I liked, he was excellent helping me to understand what needed to be done in terms of documentation and offers made. We closed on my home two weeks after the initial offer was made.

I also used him when it came time to relocate my business. He showed many properties until I finally found one I liked and helped negotiate the commercial lease with the owner of the building.

I couldn't have been happier and will strongly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a good realtor!

I found Duke DeBernardi of Golf Realty, Inc. to be an extraordinary RE broker and property manager - and I have worked with many in four different states in past years.
Professional, (deceptively) easy-going, resourceful, conscientious, and highly knowledgeable of the Scottsdale/ Phoenix market - Duke far exceeded my expectations of finding my perfect home and rapidly securing it.
He personally reviewed the appurtenant/ cost implications of me buying a house, condo, association-residence, versus renting. Duke familiarized me with various neighborhoods; perceptively listened/ responded to attributes important to me and realized all; personally identified and worked with inspectors, landscapers, movers, maintenance contractor, and negotiated best agreements. Duke even helped with necessary logistics of settling in and resolving any unanticipated ‘challenges’.
I can’t recommend Duke DiBernardi more highly.
