As a market expert I have bought, rehabbed and sold homes successfully in the Pittsburgh market for the last decade.

For buyers, I have my rehab background to help them understand the cost of updates, will point out problem areas so they can get a second opinion and will help them step by step through the buying process.

For sellers, I work closely with municipalities to understand their requirements for homeowners wanting to sell their homes, I know what buyers are looking for in a home and I have the ability to market a home so that it will sell quickly.
