Dustin “Dusty” Allen (Realtor) has been a godsend for us during this challenging Tahoe, CA property hunting, Virtual & Video Tours, explaining and writing offers, negotiating on our behalf, always looking out for us, giving best advice at all levels, extremely quick responsiveness in text, email and phone calls. Polite, Professional, Calm, and Friendly and all this leading to a successful closing during the recent Caldor Fire evacuation of South Lake Tahoe. We are so grateful to him that he was always there for us.

Dustin is highly knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help you with your real estate needs. I purchased a property through him in South Lake Tahoe and he's been of great helped. Even after the purchasing the property, he has referred me the best contractors to work with for my house renovations.

Dustin helped me purchase my first home, and he made the process easy and stress-free. He is super knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail. Working with Dusty is a breeze because he communicates quickly and often. If I sent him a text, I got a reply right away. If I called, he'd answer on the first ring -- not something every realtor does. Dusty has tons of connections in the local area and referred me to tons of people. I ended up hiring a couple inspectors, a handyman, and my contractor through him. I look forward to working with Dusty in the future -- I can't say enough good things about him!
