They needed to relocate back into town to be closer to family. The process was the absolute best I could have ever hoped for. Particularly for an older couple, the stress involved can be overwhelming. My parents really liked him! That alone is saying more than any other words could!

08/26/2014 - user320484062 Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in San Antonio, TX. Dustin made our home sale happen and kept our heads in it, even when it looked to be ground to a halt. He went above and beyond when negotiating and told us to hold firm with our offer when it was initially rejected. They accepted our counter, which was unchanged from the original. He also arranged for paperwork to be hot shotted 4 hours away to me when I couldn't escape work. He was very understanding and patient. I recommend him highly to anyone looking for a home.

With that said, I want to take this time to thank you for the excellent service that you gave me in purchasing my home in New Braunfels. I’ve purchased 14 different homes in numerous states across this country, working with one or more realtors in each purchase and I must say, you are at the top. You always checked daily to see what new homes were coming up for sale in this very tight market, talked with other realtors and called me every morning to set up times to see the properties. Without your dedication to me and your being on top of the activity in this market, I would not have found my perfect house which had just come on the market that day and yet still had multiple offers. You educated me on what to expect in the different areas, the neighborhood, the house and quality of construction as you knew most of the builders for the houses we viewed.
