I grew up in the small town of Onawa, Iowa. In 1999, my wife Tricia and I made the move to Branson, following my parents after they purchased Vickery Resort in 1998. A few years later, in 2005, we transformed the resort into 18 beautiful waterfront condos—and let me tell you, the views here are next level. One weekend was all it took to fall in love with Branson. Between the lake, the scenic beauty, and the welcoming community, we knew this was home. It’s also where we chose to raise our kids, Kylynn, Kallie & Daxton—and I can't imagine a better place to watch them grow up.
Before I got into real estate, I worked in the communications industry. It was fast-paced and high-energy, but I didn’t get the chance to really connect with clients the way I wanted to. That changed in 2005 when I opened Sunset Realty Services. Real estate became my passion, because nothing beats helping someone find their dream home or the perfect investment property.
