Dustin Howard

Dustin Howard: Co-Owner of Rafter H Realty LLC, is a licensed REALTOR®. Dustin has 18+ years experience in dealing with Fortune 500 retailers on an executive level. By developing bilateral programs for independent suppliers enabled Dustin to successfully navigate highly competitive landscapes. His vision is now to apply similar strategies to the big brand focused real estate industry to offer his clients something better than the competition and ultimately maximize his clients real estate investments, whether it be for the first time home buyer or the seasoned real estate investor.
Dustin is a native of the Texas Panhandle (Miami, TX), where he attributes the development of his work-ethic by working on different ranches and farms in his youth. Dustin attended West Texas A&M University, where earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. It was at WTAMU, where Dustin met his wife Carlee and now business partner. Dustin and Carlee have lived in Mansfield since 2013, where they are raising their two boys. Dustin is active member of TCAL Church in Mansfield, TX, where he serves in multiple capacities as well as serving on Board of Directors for different organizations.
