About Dustin

Dustin left the Adirondack Region of New York to pursue a career as a firefighter and quickly made Southern Pennsylvania his home with his wife Kaitlyn and two boys, Wells and Waylon. He found Pennsylvania and Maryland to be states that hold large whitetails with an abundance of deer so he started a business that evaluates properties, estimates deer densities, and creates a management plan for land owners. he became a writer for several outdoor magazines and digital outlets where he shares his experience and knowledge with the world. Finding the greater value of a property beyond just general real estate, is what being a Land Specialist at Whitetail Properties is all about.
