Dear Dwayne,

Both of my husband's parents passed away leaving the selling of their house to us. Never having the experience of selling a house, there was some uneasiness of not knowing what to do or expect.

We decided to do business with the Dwayne Brown Realty Group, which was the best decision made. Mr. Brown is very professional and pleasant to do business with. He never made changes or did anything without first getting your approval and buy -in, which made you feel comfortable and at ease.

Thanks to Mrs. Brown for a well job in staging the house. She put a special touch turning a bare house into looking and feeling like a homely and cheerful home. Again thank you - a job well done.

Dwayne Brown has been our realtor for over 15 years now. My wife and I began our search for our first home in 2005. Dwayne was there for us every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and patient since this was our first home. Since the birth of our child, now 8, we were in need of an upgrade and expansion of our home. Immediately we thought of Dwayne because of how wonderful and successful our first home purchase was. To our surprise and luck, his wife Felicia Brown was now a licensed realtor and they were working together as a dynamic duo team. Their connection and teamwork was impeccable. We started our home search on July 27, 2020, and by September 3, 2020, we had found our dream home and closed on the purchase. Dwayne worked his magic by negotiating to get our offer accepted in spite of more other competitive offers. Even dealing with a difficult seller Dwayne and Felicia ensured we got our keys to our home in 23 days from accepted offer. Finding a home and closing would not had happen so fast without Dwayne and Felicia's incredible knowledge, determination, persistence, and patience. We no longer have realtors but have gained family. My name is Anthony and I’d like to tell you how I met an incredible realtor, Dwayne Brown…

This is my story, not knowing how to find a good realtor, I went with my banks recommendation… and needless to say, I was not impressed…. I told my new realtor I was looking for a particular type of home, a duplex, buying both sides, and that there was one in my neighborhood that was for sale, that I really wanted to buy. (Duplexes are a rare find in my neighborhood.) This was on a Monday, and I didn’t hear back from them until Thursday. And that was only when I sent them a “What’s going on with the duplex?” text… I received a response of, “Oh it just went under contract”.  Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with this realtor missing this opportunity.….  A family member, said she’d heard of a good realtor and gave me Dwayne’s information. I called Dwayne on a Thursday evening, told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and that I had just missed getting an offer in on this particular duplex that I really wanted to purchase.  Dwayne, listened and investigated the duplex I was originally looking at buying and amazingly found a near identical property, which was, better, larger, and in my neighborhood. But the amazing part was that this property was “Off Market”, with “No MLS listing” and no “For Sale” sign signifying that the property was even for sale!!!  Dwayne even negotiated the property to a cheaper price than the original home!  I now have the home I wanted with over $120,000 in equity!  This was incredible!!! I am still blown away by what he did in such a short time!!!  From finding the home to the close of escrow in 2 months! I can only say Dwayne is an AWESOME agent!

So, if you want a realtor who will:

1.         Answer your calls

2.         Listen to what you want in a property

3.         Get back to your email questions quickly

4.         Get you an incredible deal when he finds you the home of your dreams

He was attentive to our needs and was willing to look at houses around our crazy schedule, all hours of the day, and days of the week. I Still Can't Believe It😀
