Having lived in Union, Middlesex counties, sold in them and Hunterdon,Mercer,Somerset, Monmouth and Ocean I've seen them all. From 18% interest rates to seller paying points, under appraisals and fluctuations in the market. I have flipped homes and know which make money and which do not.

Married with 3 grown children still local and 3 grand children also local I know and under stand the needs of the different generations, baby boomers (of which am) and our seniors.
