He specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of mobile home parks and apartment communities, leveraging his deep market knowledge to deliver top-tier outcomes.

Before joining CRI, Dylan was an Investment Advisor at Taylor Street Advisors, a real estate advisory firm offering services in commercial real estate investment sales, property management, financing, consulting, and distressed asset turnaround. During his tenure, Dylan participated in over $250 million of transactions on a national scale.

Dylan holds real estate licenses in both California and Arizona. His authenticity, consistency, and dedication to client success set him apart in the industry, ensuring exceptional value and market-leading results.
