DYLAN DAVIDSON

Originally a native of New Zealand, I have spent the last fifteen years thriving in the lifestyle provided by the city of Steamboat Springs. The spectacular scenery, abundance of recreational activities, history and charm are among the many reasons I am proud to call Steamboat Springs home. I am fortunate that I have an occupation that allows me to introduce this lifestyle to my clients and share in their enjoyment, as they embrace everything the city of Steamboat has to offer.

In addition to my work as a Realtor, I have spent the last 14 years working as a Snowboard Instructor, through this occupation I have been afforded the opportunity to work throughout the United States, New Zealand, Chile, Japan and South Korea. More importantly the experiences I have gained in this industry, have helped me develop some of the strongest character traits that I now incorporate in the way I conduct my real estate business.

These traits include:

- Effectively communicating with clients, in order to identify their motivations, goals and reservations.

- The ability to adapt my approach to each situation, to suit my clients unique and individual needs.

- Being able to present the extensive list of relevant information, involved in a real estate transaction, in a simple and progressive format.
