urgency we had. I'll begin by noting that while there are many excellent real estate agents and
realtors out there, very few have the expertise and perseverance that Dylan possessed during the

After careful research on our options, we discovered and were impressed that Dylan has continued to work hard to improve his real estate education and knowledge. He has personally invested his time and energy in order to keep up with the latest realtor sales technology and trends.

He employed a professional photographer to take photographs both inside and outside the home. His personal drone and camera system showed prospective buyers actual photos from above the property boundary lines, the house itself, and the neighboring properties. He was also able to showcase the home’s beautiful location which is close to both the beach and a charming coastal town - Amazing!

Dylan was able to secure an interested and qualified buyer in less than a week! Our asking price was met, and surpassed, by more than one potential buyer. We ended up selling our property for one hundred thousand dollars over the listing price. We closed escrow in less than a month and the entire process was quick and painless.

Perhaps Dylan’s best attribute is how he took it upon himself to individually work with both the sellers and buyers throughout the process, including the presentations and negotiations. It had been some time since we were involved in a real estate transaction, and rather than trying to hurry us through the sale, he took the time to explain each step thoroughly so we would understand the entire process.
