While looking for a home in Connecticut, my wife and I were lucky to connect with Dylan, who has been very helpful in the search process. He embodies all the qualities one would like to see (but often don't see) in a real estate agent -- pleasant to deal with, attentive, knowledgeable of the towns in which we looked, very responsive, and going out of his way to accommodate our schedules. In particular, his observations on the condition of the houses we viewed, including exterior siding, interior flooring, doors, walls, appliances, and heating, cooling, septic, oil and water systems were extremely helpful. We rate Dylan 5 stars and gladly recommend him to others looking for expert and dependable representation in the housing market!

Dylan is amazing! I've met friendly realtors before, and aggressive realtors, but never found the perfect mix of both in one person. Dylan is very kind while being persistent, and he worked extremely hard to get us the best deal possible. He gave us his honest opinion but quickly deferred to our wishes when we disagreed. He was patient with us, but ready to negotiate every penny on our behalf. Dylan helped us sell our house for a significant return on our original investment and buy a house for a fair price. Anytime we needed anything, Dylan got it done quickly. He was at every showing of our house, and there were many (despite selling immediately), largely due to the exceptional marketing (pricing, photography, etc.). He's also super knowledgeable about housing mechanicals, building code, the markets and anything else you'd need him to know. I could go on, but if that's not enough I don't know what is.

Dylan has always been a pleasure to work with. He sold our home for over asking within two days! He is extremely personable and makes the process as seamless as possible. When looking at new homes Dylan was always by his phone and ready to drop everything to look through a new property. He responds to texts within minutes and would always make time for his me and my wife as his clients. I highly recommend Dylan!!

I have been absolutely extremely pleased with having Dylan be my realtor!!

Dylan was always available during my home search and buying process - he always responded promptly.

Dylan really cares about his clients and he continues to be there for you even after the sale.

It's been 3 years since I purchased my home through him and he still always picks up his phone when I call. He has helped me through two refinances as well as just recently with an issue with my homeowner's insurance.
