Jim has been a Real Estate professional since 2004. His previous training in the IT Industry has kept him on the cutting edge of technology as it is used in marketing Homes and negotiating Real Estate transactions.

Jim started dealing with short sales and foreclosures early in his Real Estate career and has gained an extensive amount of experience, working with both seller and lender to create a winning transaction for all parties.

Investing comes naturally to Jim. Whether looking for rental investments, rehab investments or “flip” investments, Jim provides investor clients with extensive analysis to determine the feasibility of a Real Estate investment.

Jim’s passion is 1st time Buyers. Being a homeowner late in life because of fear and ignorance has instilled a sense of responsibility to introduce, educate and assist young, first time homebuyers to the possibilities home ownership.
