Eain has had a passion for real estate since the age of 12 after being involved with the purchase of his family home in Newport News, Virginia. A Southern transplant to Boston, Eain is a resident of Dorchester and has extensive knowledge of the South End, Bay, Roxbury, and many other Boston neighborhoods since moving here in 2001. Having lived in numerous neighborhoods in the Boston area, he uses that extensive knowledge to the benefit of every client.
He graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts Psychology and Political Science, transferring that knowledge to assess and understand the Boston real estate market. Eain’s interests in connecting with people while at the same time providing a high level of service made real estate a natural fit. Since starting in real estate, he has worked for several real estate companies, such as Prudential Unlimited and most recently Hammond Residential for the past 8 years. He has served a number of different communities in and around the city including Newton, Cambridge, and Somerville.
Eain’s goal is always the same: to create a professional, friendly, and stress-free environment for both his buying and selling clients. In his free time, Eain is an avid biker, allowing him to see some of Boston's beautiful surrounding areas up close. When he is not cycling, working out, walking his dog, Rockland, or planning events for the Williams Boston Alumni group, you are most likely to catch Eain out with friends enjoying all that Boston has to offer.
