My experience with Eboneese was she is a women full of encouragement and can hold any deal together my home purchase was very stressful but she held my deal together and negotiated amongst parties and found a common ground! I recommend her for her efforts her professionalism and her patience to stay with you every step of the way. Real estate is a very hard field especially dealing with buyer’s. Anything can happen during the journey it takes an experienced and patient person to conduct such a large transaction! I recommend her because she is honest and has integrity with ability to meet in the middle so EACH PARTY ON THE BUYER AND SELLER SIDE IS HAPPY. I don’t know where to start. I met Eboneese by the Grace of God during her leisure time and explained the frustration I was experiencing with selling my home and my previous listing agent. Eboneese took her time to educate me on what the buying and selling process should look and feel like. She listened to my financial situation and right away began to mentor me on the options that were available to me. I decided to remove my house from the market with my previous agent and begin the process again properly with Eboneese to sell my current home and buy a new home. She has become my mentor and real estate agent. Throughout this process I am being educated on each step so I am no longer making ignorant decisions but informed decisions. She introduced me to a couple of loan officers and with this I was able to explore options that fit my situation. She has been a true blessing. She “knows her stuff” and the market which is needed when you’re making life changing decisions. Eboneese is literally always a text, email, and/or call away, She’s persistent and responsive. Because of Eboneese my mindset has changed as it relates to being a homeowner with hopes of being a real estate investor in the near future.
