Eboneese was one of the best, informative, well prepared, knowledgeable, kind, attentive Realtor’s I have ever met. During the entire process she stayed in touch giving bid bits of info to make the process easy. Once the needed renovations were completed she was there to host an open house with several of her other realtors, and a lender to pre-qualify applicants on the spot. We had multiple offers the same day, and a ratified contract a couple days later. However the work didn’t stop there, she made follow up calls, assisted with all paperwork, and made all the title work easy. I definitely give her a 10 out of 10, because of her attention to detail, kindness, the follow up, and close of the deal was impeccable. I highly recommend her and her staff.
