My wife and I will always be extremely grateful to Mrs. Ebony and Mrs. Kia for their help in finding our first home ever. We were referred to them by Mrs. Holmes whom formerly had Ebony's and Kia's help when she bought her home(s) as well. If anyone has questions over these two women, my wife and I will vouch for their work ethic and immense knowledge in their field. They took better care of us than we took care of ourselves during the home buying process. Ebony and Kia were quick on their toes to answer any questions we had since we were first time home buyers. They ALWAYS kept us up to date with new information, and they 100% fought for us as if we were family. Looking back on our experience, we wouldn't have chosen any other agents. My wife's and my opinion throughout everything is we owe our happiness to Mrs. Ebony and Mrs. Kia. I know super hero's may not exist, but they are the epitome of WONDERWOMEN. These people have wonderful souls and care about everything they do. Strong work ethic, professionalism, knowledge, humor, and heart. These two hell of agents will make sure your business isn't going anywhere. If and when we buy another home, we'll be coming back to them. They know how to keep you around. Hands down no brainer.

I had a great experience with Ebony Dawkins selling my home. She was very nice and so helpful along every step of the way in this process. She was able to get my home sold for more than I initially expected which was a very pleasant surprise to myself. Ebony was amazing from start to finish! there were a few hiccups with our deed company during the closing process, however Ebony used her expertise to get us to the closing table and into our new home! She was very knowledgeable, and extremely patient throughout the process, and managed to get us an amazing deal on our new home and sold our previous home above asking price. I will definitely be using Ebony Dawkins Real Estate team again.

What can I saw about Ebony? She was amazing. She went above and beyond to make the home buying process such a breeze. We had very specific wants and needs and she took the time to weed out every home before taking us to see each one. Because of her we were able to find our home without having to see hundreds of homes. She helped us with finding the right mortgage company and assisted us every step of the way. At the time we bought our house 3 years ago our schedules provide little time to do anything. My husband was always on call so making appointments was not easy. But she was able to make the times that we did have packed with homes that met our specific criteria. I would definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Ebony helped me purchase my second home and I couldn't have been more happy with my home and the buying process. She made the whole process simple and negotiated a great deal which allowed me to focus on the move and bring less money to closing.
