For the past 41 years, I have been a real estate professional in Missoula and Western Montana, I have been a CCIM since 1991. My Daughter, Wendy Coffman, is a CCIM Candidate. . Wendy and I are committed to provide thorough service by exploring all options for the sale, purchase or lease of your commercial and investment properties. Throughout my years in Missoula, I have been involved in community activities including Big Brothers and Sisters, Missoula Ski Education Foundation, Exchange Club, Big Bear Resources Festival of Trees, Lincolnwood Homeowners' Park Board, Realtors® Auction, Lambros Community Foundation, the Northern Rockies Heritage Center, TOSRV (Tour of the Swan River Valley) food stop and Leadership Missoula. I also volunteer at the state and local Realtor® organizations including terms on the Forms, Facilities, Association Management, Board of Directors and various other committees. Wendy has been a successful business owner prior to joining me 3 years ago.
